Bach Flower Therapy
Bach flower therapy is given using Bach flower essence. This concept is developed by Dr. Edward Bach. It is similar to homeopathy and is a popular alternative medicine. Many Bach flower therapists believe that the energy of the flower can affect a person's psychological state. The key feature of the Bach flower therapy is it is used to treat only the mental symptoms causing several diseases.
The Bach flower essence is a non- toxic substance which is believed to transform the negative energy into positive energy. There are thirty -eight remedies for curing certain mental and emotional problems. They are used to treat a variety of mental and emotional imbalances.
The most popular Bach flower remedy is "Rescue remedy". It is given using a combination of Rock rose, clematis, star of Bethlehem and cherry plum. It is best known for relieving acute stress, anxiety and panic attacks. Rescue remedy is available in small spray bottle or in a glass bottle with an eye dropper. It is also available in the form of creams which can be rubbed into the skin.
