By re-visiting the very same situations and sorting the deep rooted emotions that are associated with the situations, cognitive regression therapy hopes to improve the quality of one’s life. The person’s identity and events that affected them are brought out into the open. It is believed that the experiences of a lifetime are carried on into the next life and therefore earlier events have repercussions in the present life.
